Software Updates
Quarterly management of the delivery of software updates from Meraki, including the scheduling or postponement of updates based on impact.
Software Update Validation
Proactive verification of software update to ensure all equipment is updated on schedule and devices are operational after the update.
Onboarding of New Devices/Sites
Management of any new sites or equipment additions to safeguard on going support.
Managed Hardware Replacement
In the event of device failure, the replacement of equipment under Comms care or Meraki support contacts will be managed on the customer’s behalf.
Proactive Technical Reviews
Monthly proactive review of infrastructure identifying issues before they become service affecting problems.
Daily Checks
Daily verification that devices are online and functioning correctly.
Annual Dashboard Review and Familiarization
Provides end user or reseller staff with awareness of the Meraki platform, including new features and functionality.
Service Reporting
Regular reporting provides you with an understanding of your network health, changes and availability statistics.
Change Management and Resource Units
All changes are reviewed, managed and released using a standardized process to mitigate any impact to the infrastructure.
