1. Initiation of a Project

We assign a dedicated transition manager, set out the transition strategy, and decide on the requirements for transition progress and the path to implementation.

2. Knowledge Transfer

We use existing suppliers and internal teams to capture and share information. We outline each Party’s roles and obligations in the process.

3. Reverse Knowledge Transfer

Reverse KT where knowledge recipients give documented feedback to project SMEs to demonstrate knowledge acquisition during the service transition process.

4. Services Setup

We use existing suppliers and internal teams to capture and share information. We outline each Party’s roles and obligations in the process.

5. Services Transition

In a phased approach, we take responsibility for services from the current supplier or customer to mitigate any potential impact on the business as usual.

6. Handover
