QueueMetrics is a versatile, web based application providing an inbound and outbound call monitoring system, dedicated to customers based on Victorock’s hosted PBX (VPBX). QueueMetrics provides the ability to report on call activity, divided by queue, agent, and time period. It provides details of call activity, such as each call handled or lost, and allows playback through your browser. Having a single pane of glass showing call activity, you’ll see calls being processed by queues and agent activity in the very moment it’s happening.

Integrated Voice Calling Plans created to save money and fit your unique business.

With Victorock Integrated Voice Calling Plans, you pay a low monthly rate per line or trunk. You have two options for long distance. You may select different long distance calling plans for each line or trunk, or you may share a pool of minutes company-wide. Toll Free inbound calling is available at an additional per minute rate.

Each Voice calling plan includes standard calling features that you expect, such as call forwarding, call waiting, and call detail recording, plus caller name and number at no additional cost.

Hosted PBX

The Victorock Hosted PBX (Private Branch eXchange) service is a maintenance-free turnkey solution that includes all equipment, phones, installation services, and expertise to support your IP Telephony System and improve your business operations. Hosted PBX requires no capital investment or ongoing support costs. We provide a complete solution that includes local and long distance phone service.

The Victorock Hosted PBX service gives you more features than any big-name corporate PBX phone system, without installing any expensive equipment. Since you don’t have a full time assistant for each of your key employees, we provide powerful automated call routing and management features. Services include multiple automated attendants, time-based call routing, caller ID-based routing, virtual private incoming numbers, follow-me call routing, and much more. You can even use cellular phones as extensions or have an office extension at home…or anywhere in the world!

In fact, our service will save you thousands compared to a standard business phone system, and the monthly cost is far lower than standard phone lines. SIP Trunking

With SIP Trunking, everything between the customer and the Victorock network is pure SIP and this gives us the ability to use state-of-the-art, fault tolerant, IP interconnection.

PRI Trunking

Our local voice service provides local access for PBX phone systems and may be customized to meet your specific requirements. Victorock’s PRI ISDN service utilizes 23 channels of a T-1’s 24 channels for inbound and outbound calling. The 24th-or ‘D’ channel-is used for signaling information and call control.

Digital Trunking

Victorock’s digital trunks carry both outgoing and incoming calls, giving you the ability to combine trunk groups for maximum network efficiency. Incoming calls can terminate either at a switchboard operator’s console, or go directly to individual extensions.
